Cruise Whitsundays:

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the tour cost. Cancellation 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Transfer to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise - no fee.

Swan Valley Tours:

Swan Valley Tours reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger numbers. Swan Valley Tours shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage, loss or delay that may be caused to the passenger and/or their belongings whilst on tour. Full payment or credit card details are required to confirm a booking. Cancellation fee is 100% within 24 hours.

Sydney HeliTours:

Cancellation 24-48 hours before the flight incurs a 50% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 24 hrs of the flight, there is a 100% cancellation fee. If passengers elect not to fly due to weather, but the helicopter flight is still operational, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Nautilus Aviation:

48hrs cancellation notice required for full refund.

Out & About Wine Tours- Swan Valley & Margaret River Specialist:

100% cancellation fee may apply if cancelled with 72 hours prior to departure.

GBR Helicopters:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to flight to receive 100% refund. (Note: Bookings travelling from 5-17 February 2016 will require 7 days notice for cancellations, not 24hrs) Minimum 2 passengers to confirm bookings.

Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:

All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

Oz Trails:

100% charge for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
