28 Days notice required for all cancellations for a full refund.

Mike Ball Dive Expeditions:

If a passenger cancels their booking with notice of less than 90 days, they forfeit 30% of trip fee. If notice is less than 30 days, they forfeit 100% of trip fee. If the tour operator is forced to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, passengers will receive a credit for future travel with the same tour operator, or a refund equal to 85% of the trip cost.

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

K'gari Explorer Tours (formerly Fraser Explorer Tours):

Tour itinerary may change due to tides and weather conditions. Please note we do not carry children under the age of 1. Bookings cancelled more than 48 hrs prior to departure will incur no cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled between 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to departure or failure to board the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Non utilised components not refunded.

Explore Australia:

Explore Australia will not be held responsible for guests failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to board on the day of tour, will result in 100% full fare forfeiture. No changes can be made within 48 hours of departure; however, you can transfer your booking to another person, and we must be advised of the name change.
