BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Reef Magic Cruises - "MARINE WORLD":

All trips are subject to weather/tidal conditions. All prices and schedules quoted are subject to change without notice. Trips may be cancelled at the discretion of Reef Magic Cruises Pty Ltd. Cancellation fees may apply.

Down Under Cruise & Dive:

All monies forfeited unless we are notified 48 hours prior to departure. For passengers voluntarily leaving the vessel or withdrawing from a course after day one, there will be no refund. Cancellation of a dive course is fully refundable up until the end of day 1 only. Excluding deposit if paid. All Tours are subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. All dives are weather permitting and operate at the Captains discretion. No refund for incomplete dives. Should a cruise not operate for any such reason passengers will be offered an alternative day or refund for days lost only. The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier if the minimum numbers in a group is not sufficient. A reef tax applies to all persons traveling to the Great Barrier Reef. This will be $20 and payable onboard. Please be aware that snorkelling and diving may be a strenuous activity. All divers must complete a medical questionnaire on board. Some existing medical conditions and / or the taking of certain medication may exclude the individual from in-water activities. Please discuss existing medical conditions with staff prior to travel. Divers 65 yrs and over must provide a current AS4005-1 dive medical prior to travel. Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba cert card. In the interest of safety we recommend that you do not fly within 24hrs of last dive. Please consider wind strength or roughness of sea before booking. All trips/dives are weather permitting at captains /divers discretion. No refund for incompleted dives. No refund for passengers voluntarily leaving any vessel early. All monies forfeited if cancelling less than 48hrs prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.

Blazing Saddles Adventures:

Cancellations 24-48 hours prior to date of travel - 50% refund. We regret to advise that there are no refunds for cancellations less than 24hours prior to date of travel.

Cruise Whitsundays:

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the tour cost. Cancellation 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Transfer to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise - no fee.

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway:

Swan Valley Tours:

Swan Valley Tours reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger numbers. Swan Valley Tours shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage, loss or delay that may be caused to the passenger and/or their belongings whilst on tour. Full payment or credit card details are required to confirm a booking. Cancellation fee is 100% within 24 hours.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Lets Go Surfing:

We surf in all weather and surf conditions providing it is safe. If the surf is too big, or the conditions unsafe, then we will reschedule the lesson. If you are unable to reschedule a lesson that we have cancelled then we can provide a refund. Otherwise there are no refunds, transfers (to other people), or cancellations. If you would like to reschedule a lesson you have booked, we need at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give the necessary notice will mean forfeiture of that lesson.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & FOOD ALLERGIES We provide healthy, quality meals on our tours. We are able to cater for one of the following special dietary requests upon request: vegetarian, gluten free or dairy free. If you have a food allergy (eg peanuts) please advise at the time of booking, and carry any necessary medication with you on tour. AGE & FITNESS LEVEL REQUIREMENTS For our camping tours, the minimum age is 8. All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for their care. Any packages that include dorm accommodation are not available for children, however we can create a suitable package for families upon request. We have no upper age limit on our tours, although some trips can be physically demanding. For our camping tours, a real spirit of adventure and a medium level of fitness is required as the tours are fast paced. It is important to note that Central Australia experiences extreme weather conditions during summer. Participation is required from passengers on our camping tours for things such as meal preparation and firewood collection (as requested by guide). TRAVEL INSURANCE Emu Run recommends that all travellers take out travel insurance to protect you from costs of injury and cancellation fees. PHOTOS & MARKETING By booking our tours you consent to us using images of you that are taken on tour for any advertising or promotional purposes. You grant us permission to use these images royalty free for publicity and promotional purposes worldwide. No refunds will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. A minimum number of passengers is required to operate each tour. It may therefore be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure and to offer an alternative or full refund for that tour. We accept no responsibility for loss, stolen or damaged property and recommend that all passengers take out adequate travel insurance. Emu Run will accept no responsibility for any injury, illness or other such accident sustained whilst on tour. Any children travelling will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian. All passengers must wear shoes at all times, and be wearing hats and sunscreen. DATA PRIVACY POLICY Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information we collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of your tour and to send you marketing material in relation to special offers or events. Emu Run Experience may disclose information to our agents, suppliers or service providers to enable us to operate your tour. We will not sell, trade or otherwise transfer information you have supplied to us. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. UPDATING THE CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL Emu Run Experience reserves the right to update and/or alter the conditions of travel and fine print at any time. It is the agent and passengers responsibility to be familiar with the most up to date conditions of travel, which are available on our website.

ADAMS PINNACLE TOURS:

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent: Cancellation Fees: Day Tours Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours Amendment Fees: Day Tours A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

Cancellations received within 48hrs of travel will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Spirit of Freedom:

An AUD$100 cancellation fee applies from time of booking to 61 days prior to departure. 20% cancellation fee applies with less than 60 Days Notice 100% cancellation fee applies with 21 days or Less Notice All passengers are strongly advised to travel with Travel Insurance that covers for Trip Cancellation and Scuba Diving Evacuation & Medical cover.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

Cairns Discovery Tours:

Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests. Cancellation within 24 hours 100% non refundable.

HARTLEYS CROCODILE ADVENTURES:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Jungle Adventures:

Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure. 10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent. Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.

Kuranda Scenic Railway:

Notification of amendment or cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Child is aged 4-14 years. Pensioner is for Australian residents only. Students with a current Australian or International Student Card. Family includes 2 Adults and 2 Children.

GBR Helicopters:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to flight to receive 100% refund. (Note: Bookings travelling from 5-17 February 2016 will require 7 days notice for cancellations, not 24hrs) Minimum 2 passengers to confirm bookings.

Photography Tours:

All bookings are 100% Non Refundable – In case of not being able to attend you must contact us by no later than 24 hours before the date of the booked tour for possible transfer to next available tour. You may find a replacement to take over your booking as long as they present the original Tour Voucher with your signed authorization. Upon accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby indemnify Sydney Photography Tours and/or its tutors against responsibility for any accident, loss or injury suffered during the course of activities. Should at any time the supervisor consider that you require medical treatment, you consent to Sydney Photography Tours obtaining the same at your expense.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Troll Tours- Sydney and Hunter Valley Tours:

TROLL TOURS HARLEY TRIKE AND MOTORBIKE TOURS: Full refund if cancelled 48hrs before tour departure. If cancelled within 48hrs 25% will be kept as a booking fee. 100% charge for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.

Whitsundays Sailing Adventures:

Prices are based on multi-share accommodation unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include airfares. Cancellations made less than 21 days before departure will result in complete forfeiture of full price. We reserve the right to substitute vessels without notice at any time for any reason. We recommend you take out travel insurance. Clients should note that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard guests, we cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers that are beyond our control. All cruises are subject to weather and the vessel operator’s discretion. At certain times of year ‘dangerous’ jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners or operators of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk you will be provided with a full length protective ‘Snorkel Suit’ to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the cruise. If you don't see whales you get a return trip free of charge. If cruise is cancelled by Oz Whale Watching then clients are entitled to a refund or reschedule for another day. If customer cancels within 48hrs of departure or no shows, no refund is available.

24 hours no refund unless due to extreme weather conditions 48 hours full refund less booking fee of 20%

Whitsunday Segway Tours:

Prices are inclusive of GST and National Park management fees which help fund assistance to keep the National Park beautiful. Cancellations made after 6pm the night before or ‘no show’ may incur a 100% charge. Management reserves the right to change or limit tour itinerary or times in extreme weather conditions. Cancellation by management is unlikely but if necessary clients will be offered an alternative day (if available) or full refund. Liability: Clients should note that riding a Segway involves some risk. While we make every effort to safeguard our clients we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of the clients which are beyond our control. Rider weight restrictions of between 45 and 117kg and age restrictions of 12 years old and above apply. A signed release will be required from all participants before riding the Segways. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to commencement of the tour. Segway riders must be free of alcohol and other substances which may impair judgement and be able to stand unaided. You do not need any prior experience to participate in any activities on the Segway Tours.

Skedaddle:

100% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of booked departure, which includes any factors beyond your/our control and also includes but is not limited to: medical issues, airline or transport delays, bad weather etc (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Please be aware no show, no refund. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Skedaddle, the company or the captain of the day reserves the right at any time, without compensation, to alter, change or cancel without notice any: Service provided, the tour, part of the tour, the destinations, use only one destination, use a different vessel or any matter or thing. Due in part or in whole but not restricted to: Adverse Weather, strong winds, medical issues (yours or others), mechanical problems or any matter that may affect the safety of a passenger or passengers or the safe operation of the tour or any other problem or issue. Skedaddle is a lot of fun, fast exhilarating exciting ride! But NOT for everyone. NOT SUITABLE for the frail, elderly, young, bad backs, recent operations or injuries, or those who are pregnant.
